WINM, the World Institute for Negotiation and Mediation, has the following aims:

• A methological approach in the preparation for negotiation in all fields; (analysis of strengths and weaknesses, strategy, draft contracts etc.)
• Conducting the negotiation or the mediation in different sectors; (commercial, legal, trade unions, political or diplomatic.)
• Intervening in conflictual situations through the use of a team of experienced mediators skilled at dealing with disputes with states, institutions, companies, associations, etc….
• Organising and running training seminars on negotiation and mediation.
• Advice in the compilation of economic contracts, political treaties or social conventions;
• Assistance in compiling lasting agreement and preserving long term relationships;
• Legal assistance in cases of disagreement or the non conformity of agreements.

WINM can put forward Acts and can lend support and interest to all activities which have a direct or indirect bearing on the object, notably the promotion and the understanding of the concepts of negotiation and mediation.

The Institute can also undertake certain economic activities on condition that the concern is exclusively for social or welfare benefit.
